Chair One was designed in 2003 by Grcic as a form in die-cast aluminium, a new material both for him and the manufacturer Magis. An exceptionally versatile indoor/outdoor seating system, Chair One is one of the most original and important seating designs to come along in years. Grcic constructed Chair One like a football with a collection of small, flat planes assembled at angles to create a three-dimensional form. Chair legs are polished anodised aluminium and seats are die-cast aluminium. Available in red, white or black.

Inspired by the original 'Chair One' designed by Konstantin Grcic and sold under licence by Magis, this contemporary chair is stackable and made of aluminium. The legs are made of polishing aluminium, the seat of die cast aluminium making this chair lightweight and strong!
