The seat and backrest of the DCM are made of 7 Layers of plywood compressed and molded into shape. A real wood veneer covers the plywood. The base is made of solid core stainless steel ensuring durable long lasting support and a finish that won't rust or chip after time. Our Charles Eames inspired chairs have all the features of the original down to smallest details such as the rubber shock mounts fitted to the seat and backrest.
